Dr. Ahmed Almumin is a Internal Medicine Resident at the University of British Columbia. Ahmed graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland - Medical University Bahrain in 2019 with a Bachelor of Medicine. Additionally, prior to his postgraduate training, Ahmed practiced as an Assistant Registrar in the Al-Amiri Hospital Department Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine for two years (including during the COVID Pandemic). Ahmed has spent much of his career utilizing and practicing Point of Care Ultrasound and is certified by the Canadian Point of Care Ultrasound Society (CPoCUS).
