Dr. Dibu is a Consultant Intensivist in Neurocritical Care at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD). He completed a Neurocritical Care fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and a neurology residency at the University of Arkansas. Board-certified in Neurology and Neurocritical Care, Dr. Dibu was pivotal in establishing the UAE’s first 30-bed Neurocritical Care Unit, expanding and operationalizing CCAD’s ICU capacity to 82 beds.
In 2024, Dr. Dibu was appointed Medical Director for Hospital Transfer and Outreach at CCAD, optimizing patient transfers and improving care coordination. He has contributed to major international clinical trials and co-authored guidelines on brain ultrasonography. A Fellow of the Neurocritical Care Society, he actively advances neurocritical care in the Middle East-North Africa region.
