Dr. Brodie is a Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center in New York. He is the Section Chief for Critical Care at the Milstein & Allen Hospitals, Director of the Medical ICUs, Director of the Center for Acute Respiratory Failure, Director of the Adult ECMO Program, and a Vice Chairman of Medicine. He is also the Chair of the Executive Committee of the International ECMO Network (ECMONet) research collaborative, and a member of the Board of Directors and the President-elect of the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO).
